What are Talloes crisps made from?
Our crisps are made from just 3 simple ingredients: potatoes, chicken tallow, and sea salt. No seed oils, just clean, natural ingredients!
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting track.amazon.co.uk.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, and once your order is on its way, you should receive it in 2-4 days. Please note, if you place an order on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.
I've made a mistake, can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our quick turnaround time, we're usually unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and our team will do their best to help.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to other regions, so stay tuned!
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we occasionally offer discounts and special promotions. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order, and discount codes cannot be combined with the 10% off subscription plan.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, you can recycle Talloes packaging at any large supermarket in their plastic recycling bins. We’re actively working on sourcing a more eco-friendly, recyclable option, and we’ll keep you updated through our newsletters as we make progress!

What is the Talloes subscription plan?
Our subscription plan allows you to receive your favorite seed oil-free crisps delivered regularly to your door! You can choose the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and get your crisps without having to reorder each time.
Can I use my newsletter subscription discount with the Subscribe and Save plan?
No, unfortunately, you cannot use two discounts in one order. The 10% subscription plan discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Can I change my subscription plan or delivery frequency?
Yes! You can easily manage your subscription, including changing the delivery frequency or modifying your order, by logging into your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you need to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and follow the cancellation steps. Please make sure you cancel 48 hours before your order renews.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Yes! You can pause your subscription and restart it whenever you’re ready. Just update your settings in your account.
